CAMP FIRE DONATIONS
AS YOU MAY KNOW OUR SISTER IN THE LORD MARES KEMP AND FAMILY AND MANY OTHERS NEED HELP DUE TO THE CRISIS OF THE CAMP FIRE IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. HERE IS THE UPDATE ON HER SITUATION AS OF LAST NIGHT
Mare and Dave and Nancy were in the car 7 hrs...they went North thru mountain roads to a hwy and then south on that hwy to Chico. They went to Dave's Uncle's home in Chico and are safe and cozy. Today, Mare was going to get things that they needed for her sis...meds, supplies, etc.
Her son left work early...and as soon as he pulled away from the place where he was parked, a boat exploded that had been next to his parked car.
He is safe and at friends.
Her Twin is safe at friends.
It looks like the neighborhood burned...from reports she is gathering.
I do not know the needs right now. I would think that a paypal gift would work well. That service is free. Go fund me's are thieves.
She is rejoicing from seeing the hand of the Lord while this whole thing was going on.
I would imagine that insurance will kick in immediately...but there is no way to access the information until the fire is out and the roads
are safe to drive to the area.
I can let you know what is going on when I hear. ok?
Pastor Scott might have her ppal info, if not, I will send that to you.
love and hugs!

“As it is above; so shall it be below”
As a cleansing fire envelopes the dross,
burning away with earthly costs.
Char remains beyond recognition unfolds,
With empty frames of lives untold.
For whatever is given can be taken away,
and a morning's breath is taken that day.
The gift of life as a fleeting wind,
May quickly be taken before it begins.
Treasure that which is known to secure,
Travails and trials, to perfect, to endure.
Removing the dross, removing such pain,
I call this world loss, with only heaven to gain...
This life it may cost, with heaven to gain,
This life it will cost, but heaven I gain.
This life it will cost, but it is heaven I gain,
And given a choice, I will do it again… mr. t
